Meet Hearts Center Volunteer Donna Drigan
I found the ascended masters teachings in late October of 1987—26 years ago. Since that day the "Teachings" have come to be the most important element in my life. The very next year I attended my first session at Summit University. In 1995 I went back for my second session and then to another short course in 1998. As my commitment evolved, I attended the three years required for ministerial training and graduated in 2001 in Montana. In 2005 I found The Hearts Center and attended The World Teachers' class.
Professionally I focused on art and history and taught for many years. I am a widow with two daughters who live in the area of Baltimore, Maryland, and I spend wonderful time with them. I am a very independent person and since I retired I have gradually become a full-time volunteer for The Hearts Center.
As part of the communication team, I contact inquirers by telephone and email. From the inception of the prayer vigil for the economy, now called “Prayer Vigil for The Divine Economy of America and All Nations of the Earth,” I have helped to lead every Tuesday broadcast at 7:00 pm EDT. I also do research and organize lodging and other arrangements for special events and conferences. This is a helping hand that I offer to the leader of the events team.
I also help International Council representatives with their presentations for summer conferences. I answer The Hearts Center's helpdesk phone, fielding questions and directing them to the proper people. As a team member of the HeartShare classes, I also help to promote our wonderful teleconferences wherever and whenever I can.
I am also the representative on behalf of the United States to The International Hearts Center Council. We have a meeting and a broadcast every month.
I have more time to give than most and I give it happily. A teacher at heart, I have found nothing more important to teach or do than support the mission of The Hearts Center and share the love-wisdom teachings of the ascended masters with the world.
