Saint Germain Brings a Dispensation for Rising Higher on the Spiral of Cosmic Attainment

Beloved Portia Comes with an Elixir of Seventh-Ray Joy

            In the presence of so great a love, I come, shining forth the radiance of the seventh ray, with Portia, here in the Twin Cities to instaurate within these environs light, light, light! Precious ones, what a glorious manifestation of the seven rays has occurred through your hearts’ fire, through your voices raised and through the music of the heart and the harp this evening!

            Now numberless numbers of angels of the sacred fire, of the seven rainbow rays manifest in a great conflagration of sacred-fire light around the Twin Cities, the heartland of America and around the entire planetary sphere as a result of the alchemy that you have performed this evening. And there is an action also of the seven archangels, who have come to answer your calls with us, and the seven Elohim, likewise. And through an interplay of light of these three kingdoms—power, love, wisdom—there is manifest a balancing action of the threefold flame of America and the world. And there is incorporated into the atmosphere and manifest to the core of the Earth an action of light that will bring about greater harmony, greater peace and the ability to sustain light within your lives.

            You have heard of the dynamic that within every twenty-four-hour cycle the flame recedes and must be reinvoked, and this is true. Yet, dearest ones, on a spiral of God-beingness, every time you awaken in the morn and reengage, you should be at a higher spiral of light so that the light invoked will rise to a new level. Do you believe this? [Audience responds: “Yes.”] And as I know and aver that this is so, the dispensation that I bring is that that spiral will be won at an even higher level of manifestation than before in each turn of the dial of your life in this twenty-four-hour cycle.

            Imagine it! Accept it! Believe it! Know it! And therefore for you it will be causative of a greater attainment of God-consciousness and Solar awareness in your lives. You see, when you retire at night and you take a moment to feel your own vibration, your own heart fire and to sense where you are on the spiral of cosmic attainment, then when you awaken in the morning, you also feel where you are in that moment.

            Dearest ones, when you consciously engage, there can be, if you choose, no diminishing, no lowering of your vibration, only a resurgence at a new level—at least at the same level at which you retired at night, by your own conscious choice. Therefore, in the morning pick up where you left off and seek ways and means of accelerating, of manifesting more light substance within your aura and within your life. And seek, as we have said before, to gain and maintain, to gain and maintain, to gain and maintain in order to reach cosmic levels of God-consciousness, which you have called cosmic consciousness.

            Yes, blessed ones, it is possible! It is realizable. First you must accept and believe it; then you must work, determined to accomplish and realize it. This is the work of alchemists; this is the work of the ages. This is the new instauration that I envisioned long ago, as Francis Bacon, for America and the world and which some, not all, are beginning to manifest and which greater numbers may engage in and master by your example, by your attainment, by your conscious choice daily.

            How many of you, having already chosen to ascend in this life, would consciously choose to soon attain your cosmic consciousness, to be considered as a cosmic being shortly after your ascension? Well, dearest ones, make those conscious choices. Determine, with a great level of cosmic determination, to accelerate far beyond what you may have considered as possible, even as a newly ascended master in the making. For what you conceive of as a reality is actually so based on your own recognition of the miraculous and the possible within your life.

            If you would be world servitors, if you would be cosmic beings, envision it, accept it, fashion it within your mind, imagination and awareness; and then begin to coalesce, through your awareness, aspects and elements of this level of beingness. This is how divine magic works. It is not something that occurs just magically through one visualization. It takes repetition. It takes focus and determination to manifest it day after day, month after month, year after year and, for some, lifetime after lifetime.

            Yet, through a continuation, through a constancy and the cyclings of energies through your being, through your chakras, through your auric field, it can be so. You must begin somewhere, and therefore I encourage you to begin tonight, having felt the impulses from the seven chohans! Have you felt them, dearest ones? [Audience responds: “Yes!”] Then utilize these frequencies. Don’t let them sit somewhere in your memory or your subconscious. Make them vital and real in your higher awareness. Retain these essences by reliving them in your memory, in your mind, in your heart, in your vision center at some point during your days. Do not lose the advancement that we choose to offer this night for you and for America and the world.

            Now, in conclusion this night, beloved Portia comes at the behest of the seven chohans, as a member of the Karmic Board, to bless you in a tangible way, and this is through an elixir of light that an angel of opportunity offers you, each one. Before you, this angel holds a crystal goblet and an elixir of seventh-ray joy. Now take it, at the behest of this angel, and drink fully of this cup of light in this hour.

            As the vital cosmic quintessences of pure God-joy and seventh-ray alchemical light invigorate your soul and spirit, may this blessing be a boon for your victory in the light and your ascension at the close of this embodiment, if you choose. May it be for the freedom of mankind as a whole, for the enlightenment of an entire race, for a culture of love upon Earth. May it be for the new Earth that we together will co-create as servitors of freedom in this age.

            Thank you, blessed ones, for your participation, your love and your light. You are making a difference. You are the one called and the one sent to save a planet and her people through your virtuous and loving life, your example, your witness and your dream realized. I, Saint Germain, bow before you, each one, recognizing the God-light within you and holding ever before you, on your behalf, the essence of your true starry being for your victorious ascent, your oneness with your Source evermore.

            We the seven chohans seal this service, and we await the word of the blessed Maha Chohan on the morrow during the Sunday morning service to complement, to integrate and to seal the greater action of the eightfold rays of God here in the Twin Cities and in the hearts of our beloved devotees.

            In grace and in the fire of cosmic alchemy, unity and divine diversity, we have come, and we bless and seal you in our love-light this night. I thank you.
