Spiritual Parenting Made Easy!

A Boring Job or the Best One?

A Boring Job or the Best One?

As a mother, at times I feel like I’m not accomplishing that much. I still remember a time as a young adult when I would get very upset not knowing what my mission and purpose was.

Sometimes these days I find myself not able to claim any more than having diapered, breastfed, cooked, cleaned, supervised and taught my kids. I guess that sounds like a lot but I don’t always feel that important.

It is then that I remind myself that I shouldn’t seek someone else’s job – rather, my own, and well done. I cradle God in my arms, look into the eyes of God, and listen to and encourage God many times a day.

What could be greater than that?
